All orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar may be subject to additional duties and customs taxes. These rates are calculated by the customs authorities. Unfortunately, we have no control over those fees and cannot estimate the cost it will cost as each customs policy and fees vary by country. A good idea is to contact your local customs office to check updated rates before placing your order, to avoid unexpected costs. We make every effort to include the necessary documentation and any other requirements from local authorities for delivery to destination. For this reason, we may need some personal information (ID number, passport or driving license) for international documentation. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the items you ordered within a maximum period of 30 days.

Shipping back to our warehouses will be at your expense, you can do it with the transportation company you prefer.

If you request an exchange, the shipping of the new garment will be at our expense, you will not have to pay shipping costs.
