If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the items you ordered within a maximum of 30 days. The items must be in perfect condition and have their original tags attached.
RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM
Please download our return/exchange form at this link and send it to us via WhatsApp at +34 686 070 185 or by email at onlineshop@pepaloves.com. Please remember to print it out and cut along the dotted line, placing the top part, properly filled out, inside the package, and attaching the bottom part to the outside of the package.
SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of returning the items to our warehouse will be at your expense.
In the case of an exchange, you will only need to pay for the return shipping to our warehouse. We will take care of sending the new item to you at no additional shipping cost.
HOW TO SEND THE ITEM TO OUR WAREHOUSE?
You have two options:
1.- You can return the package to us using your own carrier to the following address: Pepaloves (Online Shop) Calle Manuel Franco Cubeiro, 32 29620 - Torremolinos - Málaga Spain
2.- OPTION ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SPAIN: You can request a return label with our rates (€3.90 for national shipments, €11.90 for shipments from the Canary Islands), which will be deducted from your refund. To do this, send us your return details via WhatsApp at +34 686 070 185 or by email at onlineshop@pepaloves.com. We will send you the return label and instructions. Once the package is prepared according to the instructions, you will need to drop it off at the nearest Correos (post office).
If you prefer another item instead of a refund, please indicate this on the form, and we will contact you upon receipt to send you the new item at no additional shipping cost.
